System Specialists, Inc. was established as a Florida C corporation for the purpose of providing a service and installation in the Building Automation Systems industry.

Our company was founded over 20 years ago to provide BAS installation for our customer base. We have grown through the years to include Service, Sales, Design, Parts and Training Departments.

The area of service is based out of our home office, located at 114 E. Wright St. in Pensacola, Florida. Our coverage area is South Alabama and North Florida, including the Tallahassee and Gainesville areas.

As we seek to grow our company, our goal is to provide expert solutions for our customers in their needs for indoor environmental control, including Building Automation Systems sales, service, installation, parts and support.

100% Customer Satisfaction is not just our goal. It's our way of life!

To meet this goal, we have made several improvements in the recent months. One of these is the addition of this website to provide access to our off-site personnel. We have taken our parts company, JWA, and made this a department of SSI. In doing this, we have made it simpler to order parts and communicate with our personnel in this department. We have also added sales personnel for the South Alabama area and increased our service staff to serve our customers better. The Panama City area is one area that we have added service people allowing us decreased service response times.

We won't walk away from a job until it is 100% to your satisfaction. That is our guarantee!

Our goal for 2005 is to increase our personnel and presence in the Tallahassee and Gainesville area.
